Flexibility to juggle my personal and work life. The freedom and trust that no one is micromanaging me.

Openness of my team - I can ask or say anything and am not nervous about what others will think.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am a big fan of the new re-branding. It makes us feel more modern and ready for the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I have been told multiple times that I am in-line for a promotion only for the requirements of my role to be changed. Each time it's like I am starting from scratch. I would feel better with an acknowledgement and promotion based on my history with this company.
