Ultimately, Risepoint is a good company to work for. I am worried for the future with the recent structural changes the company has made. I know how important it is to maintain good relationships with our partners but there has been some damage to relationships recently due to the vertical alignment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Vertical alignment shift has brought a lot of stress upon our teams and the partners we work for have noticed a decline due to processes being disrupted and not set up for success. Efficiency is down, communication is down and it's affecting our work and relationship with partners.
