The people are kind, accepting, encouraging, helpful and giving. The value of teamwork is stressed and celebrated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I am paid fairly for the work that I do. There's a lot of responsibility in the work I do and that brings stress. Being compensated accordingly is important.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team supports, helps, encourages, and watches out for each other. Given that we work remotely, you have to make the effort to reach out to your teammates. This team does that.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I accomplish something that makes a difference in student's lives. When I contribute to the greater good for our partners, the students we serve and the teammates I work with every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's clear that Risepoint leadership has vast experience in our industry. That's what helps someone be a good leader, they've done the work and risen through the ranks and use the experience they've gained to make smart decisions about leading the company.
