As a long time employee, I've seen lots of regime changes in leadership over the years. Hands down, this is the best time to work for Smarsh. Suzanne and the HR team are incredible and have done so much to retain people. Middle management is no longer filled with inflated egos.

The people are great, the physical work environment is great.

Everyone knows their job and does a good job communicating direction without micromanaging the output of work.

Everyone is great at their specific tasks, but can cross over to help out where ever needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We don't just "get along", but we genuinely like each other and would socialize outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This year our health insurance deductible went up. I was unhappy about it until I spoke with some ex-employees who shared their experience with health insurance at their new companies. All had higher deductibles and several were only offered high deductible plans.
