We're all working toward the same goal and most often the team is friendly, responsive and helpful. Support is like a family, we take care of each other.

They are committed to my success and growth in the organization. I appreciate that it is not forced upon us, but rather we have a lot of great resources and opportunities available to us so that we can create our own development path.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Recently I noticed I'm doing the work of two people and my coworkers are coming in late and leaving early. It would be nice to have this acknowledged on occasion, but I raised this point with my manager and she took my comments seriously and fought for an increase which I didn't expect so soon.
