Working here at Smarsh for a little more than a year I am impressed by the onboarding, corporate resident knowledge and how smart and friendly the folks at Smarsh are. Put a bunch of smart people in the room, communicate what is needed of them, and get out of their way is the Smarsh way!

The ability to show your product honestly and be evaluated fairly against our competition.

First, the onboarding is the best I've ever experienced. This creates a culture of confidence and competence (and fun!)

Our leadership team is extremely transparent when it comes to company goals, our ability to influence decisions, and honesty above all.

The fact that the company is solid and has great health care, great salary, and a fair plan to succeed

great manager, compassionate, hands off and smart. the rest of our team always jumps in with answers and helps. we win together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is in line with the overall team and the weight we bear with the bonus we see. Stock compensation is also pretty nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning about a new world of regulations and what keeps our company safe, our clients data safe, and how we all pitch in to make it so.
