it was better when I first started but now feel management has become micro and we are under that "micro"scope.... if we screw up, I feel we are easily expendable even though some of us have put in a lot of time and effort.

completing tasks and helping out my team.

they mostly do a good of communicating with us.

everyone likes each other and has fun when we are with one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being with the company for a while now and havent seen much increase in salary even though I show a commitment to the company and have been praised by multiple teams/departments over the years.
