I have been working for Sport Clips for almost 2 years. I love how we do the classes in Kansas City, it really helps especially if you weren't taught anything at school about men's haircuts. It also advances your learning experiences. I love that you get paid to learn!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have not enrolled yet but I am super excited just to have health insurance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to be able to create and be a artist in a wonderful work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together. There is never any drama and if there is we always resolve the issue. We critique and complement eachothers haircuts. If i ever need help or if i am stuck with a cut i know i can always rely on one of the girls to help me out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how now with masks being gone we can see the smiling faces and the joy a haircut can bring to a person. There is always a new person and a mew story they tell everytime they sit in the chair. My clients rock!! I have become very close to some of them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all work together to make sportclips feel like home. They always put the stylists first and if life happens they always find a way to make things work. I absolutely love the laid back vibe but also the hard work each and everyone of us stylist put in to hit our goals and bonus.
