Ive been a stylist at sportclips for 3 years. Im usually a happy, go-lucky person in general. Im part time& even being short handed, it is a good home-work balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sportclips does really seem to try and give everyone a chance to move forward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Brooke is fair to everyone on her team. She is a strong, honest, hardworking manager who goes above and beyond for sportclips.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to clients, making them look and feel fantastic! Not overwhelming busy, but, busy enough to make money and feel good about our job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe each year you are with the company on your overall performance. Too keep good stylists for a while, each year, we should get a little more pay based on attendance, performance,& team effort.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help one another out whether its technical or personal. We are lucky to have a great team & a amazing team leader. We have 1 sylist who struggles with being on time. It hurts the next team member who just completed her shift, to always having to stay late. I know she has gotten reprehended.
