I love the team i work with, and our area manager. I love the corporation as a whole. We have amazing clients that we've grown to know which makes me love what i do. I just wish we wete treated better, and paid better.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would enjoy coming to work more if we were paid more for the amount me do. As well as being seen as a human not judst another body.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to being treated like another body to do the job rather then an actual person with a life and feelings. Id feel better about compensation if we got paid more for the duties that are expected of us outside of taking care of our clients.
