What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has honestly been a very uncomfortable environment for the most part however if i keep my vibes high and do my best to be my best those negative feelings are easy to overlook. I suppose i love the clients and being a busy location
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Working more as a team. And being fair and honest. I feel if you want your team to do well management needs do to well. That goes from the talk you bring into the shop from your numbers to your speed we need stronger examples with out competition. we should all be top stylists.
