Each store is different. When I walk into my store I feel like I am coming home. I have fun with my team and our clients and it really doesn't feel like work. It is the best feeling in the world belonging somewhere other than home.

Most of our stores pay minimum wage to start when other competitors are starting way over that amount with the same benefits.

We communicate, build each other up, laugh, joke, have fun games and prizes. We respect each other and take care of each other.

The clients and the people we work with. We are all like minded, we work as a team and that makes us unstoppable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my team grow and become who they dreamed. Seeing my team members and store beat goals and be a role model for others.
