What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Team Leader, Area Manager and Management Teams set a positive example. Love the easy going sports theme. Guy clientele are laid back and enjoy the services
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my area we get paid more for being flexible with our schedule. Don't have to hit all KBIs to commission. Annual Raises. 360 bonuses. 2 weeks paid vacation for FT CLOSED SUNDAYS
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support and encourage each other at all times. We discreetly discuss any areas of concern (instead of gossip like other salons) and we all aim to win. We love our clients and focus on going above and beyond expectations
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When this survey asks about "Executive Team" I scored them very low because of the Coach in our Area. incompetent, rude, comes into our location (and other locations from what the other teams say) smelling like a pig farm with mud on her shoes and dirt under her nails. VERY Rude to Team ~ Morano
