Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love many people I have met here. Pay is unfair. Why should I work harder then a coworker that complains constantly and makes 20k more then me? I try and stay positive. But I need two jobs to survive right now. Im burnt, and just overall depressed about it.

Supportive, lives values, motivating, family, team

The culture is beyond exceptional

Helping others achieve their goals and making money

My team is the best
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great pay, expenses paid, great health benefits and 401k, vacation time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not really sure. I do not know them very well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team. The leadership team is newer and just hasn't been able to really embody the values of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun together, we are usually ahead of the game compared to the leadership team, good communication, great ideas, and we have each other's backs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am absolutely bored, uninspired, being told I am exceeding expectations and not getting any real feedback or development. Just kind of floating through, but I guess its just the year we are in. I loved it before, now I am just waiting for someone to do something with me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not really engaged. I don't ever get asked to be apart of any special projects. It's always the same people getting asked to be apart of things and being recognized. Also, the RD's do nothing but have the coaches in the field doing all the work, but they make double the amount of money as us.
