Superficial people, sub-par work environment. You will constantly be given more "responsibility" with no increase in pay. Sport Clips is a big brand that's run like a small business. The employee infrastructure is just not there. Wasn't there before COVID either.

Overworked. Underpaid. You pick a variable to change.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You can't change the way people interact with each other. People are who they are.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone looks out for themselves. It's rare for someone to put me first and sacrifice time, or effort for my sake.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the position has no career path, at least increase the pay to make it feel like it does. Those 2% raises are life changing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fiscal management is horrible. COVID exposed that. Can't even maintain operations at a corporate level. Do we not have a savings account for business expenses so workers don't have to take pay cuts, use PTO and layoffs?
