Sport Clips has been such an eye opening experience for me as I have never worked for a company with so much care and compassion for what they do and for their teams. They are a large scale company but still manage to have a "mom and pop" feel when it comes to the family environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture and the focus on our culture! It is written all over our walls and our faces, we love this company and they love us back!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not only is the SC Leadership a team, but they are a family. And they immediately bring new support team members into that family and make us feel cared for and respected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always on board with anything I need. If someone doesn't know the answer to a question, they will find out. Everyone is looked after and we all have each others backs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are huge to me, as I am someone who has to frequent the doctor. I also have been able to live comfortably and buy a new car, all thanks to Sport Clips, even in the time of COVID!
What makes you most happy at work?
The ease of being able to work from home or in my office, the comfortability of my office space, and the ability to get my work done without anyone criticizing or critiquing. The leadership team knows who they can trust, and once they trust you, they don't need to constantly check in or bother.
