What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was hired on the spot! Came into the interview with my cutting tools and model ready to do a technical which shows that I was ready to work. They loved the haircut I did and was put on the schedule right away
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The performance bonus that gets paid out every pay check. As long as I do my best work I get compensated accordingly. When I have sluggish weeks (which we all do sometimes) I see that negatively reflect my bonus which makes me work harder next week.
