I love the company and love the family I have gained but sad seeing people come and go so much and knowing I’m a manager and no opportunity to go further with my owner kinda stink

My team and them growing and giving the chance to do so

They are my family I grow when they grow I fail when they fail and I just want to be better and do better
What makes you most happy at work?
My clients and being able to make their day and my staff knowing they are trying to grow and do what they can control
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the team is compassionate and family oriented they make things personable but at some times the teams feel a little left out bc they get so much from me as a manager but would like the pat from above to not seem so robotic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not that I feel undervalued just feel some of us have been doing best to keep store a float and trying to come back from Covid and instead of the positive and try to build from what we slacked on from being short the new stylist or returning team members just feel unappreciated and then get let go.
