Short handed on staff most of my career, incredibly fast pace, unnecessarily focused on numbers being perfect, micromanaging assistant managers, sometimes unrealistic goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid 11.00 an hour. Other stylists at other hourly salons get 16.00 or more.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stopping micromanagement. Trust should be shown in employees to do their job that they were hired for.
