Its been really fast paced but fun because of the quality of the people. COVID has been a bit weird of course, but leadership has done a good job if continuing to think about how to keep us connected.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact theres a "Take 4" - 4 weeks of paid leave when you reqch your fourth anniversary!
What makes you most happy at work?
The most satisfying part is getting stuff done. We celebrate the value "make it happen" and it feels really good to shio meaningful work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact we've embedded diversity, equity and inclusion in our values and also made them pretty central to our company relaunch as Momentive. It doesnt just feel like lip service either.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The exec team, "Horizon" as we call them, are open, caring and approachable. They mix it up so we get to see different leaders present at our town halls for instance. Really high quality people who obviously care a lot about the culture
