This can be a great place to work, learn, and grow depending on what team you are on and how much your manager advocates for you. Clear favoritism and sorority/bro behavior exist on certain teams and it becomes exhausting after a while. Changing teams has been a great way to stay engaged.

They are able to pivot as needed and be reactive to the needs of the business, and the employees. They care about diversity, and about change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have some strong leaders. Opportunity is there for those that seek AND are aligned with the right leaders. Great exposure and opportunity to change between teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are not at market. We are still at 50% percentile where we were prior to being public. Our policies are to pay within band and to have tenure in role reflected in your base comp, but this is not true for many people. Some even get promoted below band on the justification of budget.
