The culture is great. I've worked at many companies in the valley, and the office politics were awful. They have very little of that BS at Momentive

We care about each other, but not to the point of being nosey or creepy

My immediate team members are fantastic. And my manager and his manager make me feel valued and appreciated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have been promising for years to adjust our salaries but we are still underpaid compared to the rest of the valley
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are accountable for our actions and there's no blaming if something goes sideways. We just focus on what the solution should be
