We have a great internal culture and a huge opportunity ahead. It's exciting to be a part of a team that's building toward something great!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm proud that our benefits are inclusive (for example, we don't require a diagnosis of infertility to access fertility benefits, which opens them up to LGBTQ teammates).
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is the kindest team I've ever been on. Recently, we've hired some truly outstanding folks from other SaaS companies that are really leading a sea change in how we do business. It's exciting to see that transformation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent about our goals and how we're doing as a business. They publish notes from executive meetings every week and provide a lot of insight into how we should be making decisions that shape company outcomes.
