Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay could be better. Pay should be evaluated every 6 months based on performance. The pay also doesn't reflect the increase in cost of living.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a diverse company, and they really make an effort to keep it that way. The employees are treated like humans, and they care about our health and family. They send swag to all employees which is fun!
