Highly Respected leaders in the industry, they are approachable, and truly care about employees and do what's right. I can trust what they say and appreciate the transparency. The politics is pretty minimal compared to other companies.

We have leaders that embody the company values. We are experiencing great change and transformation as we scale and the leaders know how to drive a vision and execute on that strategy- so we are well positioned with the right leadership to achieve our mission.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do new and interesting things. Coaching and empowering my team to develop new skills through problem solving, training, providing feedback and allowing them to work through things on their own. I also love the learning aspect of my jobs and that when I make mistakes, they are not fatal
