My experience has not been the best. I ask for feedback and never receive it. I feel like I'm lost a majority of the time bc we don't explain things, or they change without communicating or the message doesn't get cascaded down. I feel like I could be laid off at any moment. Not a good culture

What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on projects that add value, and not just doing busy work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to be better at communicating. We do not do this enough.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't think that there is a best part, I feel like it is fair.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have each other's backs, and we support each other. My direct team. There are others on the broader team that are extremely hard to work with.
