I know that Synopsys pays less than similar companies in the area. A raise would make me feel better.

We have been working together for a long time. Everybody has a getting-it-done attitude. We all have the same goal and move to deliver results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are open to receiving feedback. People work together, there is a lot of coordination and synergies. People are in general polite and professional.
