When I switch to SNPS, flexible working time and hybrid working location are the most significant to me. My manager has essential meetings with me. Moreover, she gives me feedback or warning in a proper time. So, I am driven by my responsibility and respect to team/customers, not manager's order.

discuss a complicated topic wiith colleagues and break it down to small parts. Next, solve them one by one. My domain knowledge and soft skill are growing. I am super happy at the time.
