I appreciate the teams I work closely with; I am satisfied knowing I help others and work on meaningful projects that challenge me. However, I have felt a bit undervalued lately and find some of the decisions being made to be demotivating.

Teamwork, no matter how stressed, overwhelmed, or stretched thin we are we always work together.

I value my team because they are collaborative, reliable, great communicators, their integrity is unmatched, and we work well together, great teamwork!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They under recognize long term employees, stuck in a salary plateau. I think they should equally invest in old employees as they do in their new hires.
