I am with Synopsys for 23 years. Have invented as a team technology which is the main stream product in the market bringing millions of $ to SNPS. Have patents and papers and algorithms invented. Now I have created, nurtured and serving ZeBu and its team through R&D operations. Synopsys is best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
More than numbers, I like in SDG, performance is rewarded with real responsibilities and no politics crap happens mostly impacting the employees especially under Rajat. Innovation and excellent work happens automatically. Micromanagement is down and people are empowered and with freedom to perform.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Freedom to innovate, work, and trust from my VP Rajat. He encourages to try solutions and if it fails that is fine. We just need to fail fast and calibrate the path accordingly. My team performs at 200% because of the trust, freedom and acknowledgement that Rajat provides.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
1. Executive leadership which has clear roadmap vision and mindset to support customer success in parallel to encouraging innovation and growth. 2. ZeBu product VP Rajat Aggarwal who has clear vision to take ZeBu and HAPS forward. Synopsys & SDG is blessed to have Ravi and Rajat as BU leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to resolve some issue for someone else in the team. Often in R&D engineering operations, we need to strive to get the best out of all R&D force and also with peripheral teams. My team is the go to POC for the health and progress that can make ZeBu #1 product in the market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a role model unit and I can say with lot of pride as I formed this team ground up. My team is ZeBu R&D Engineering Operations catering to all aspects of ZeBu. We are the go to emergency doctors for ZeBu and entire force comes to us if they are stuck. We are on our heals always innovating.
