I started my career in Synopsys and still continuing as I love the work that I do here. I have always been appreciated for my contributions, I would say this is more on the verbal side than on the compensation side, but even the verbal appreciation has a huge positive impact on me. Our Leadership team is giving importance to Inclusion and Diversity.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am always engaged with one or the other work and I love the work I am doing. So I never get bored.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment is that there is no gender bias. More women are coming forward to take leadership and management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work and the quality of work I do and my contribution and interactions across multiple teams aiming customer focus, I have always been appreciated verbally in my team and across the team. But when it comes to hike, I feel like it's lesser compared to my contribution,
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some peers who are here with us from long time and who knows in and out of the IP. Their knowledge is an immense treasure. Even though the immediate reporting management is not up to the mark, we have very good high level management team of people, who values work and effort.
