Raises have been skipped multiple years in a row for all employees. When pressed about this issue the larger company dismisses and downplays the issue

Clear communication to all levels. Synopsys has made some major decisions that effect all levels of employees however these decisions can be glossed over in company wide announcements leaving a big sense of unease
