Great company. The management does a great job at showing they care about their employees. Everything is done to maximise our clients' satisfaction & keep on growing the company. Everyone has a key role to play in this strategy, but we all get a strong sense of belonging.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have never received a promotion despite working hard, completing everything required and being with the company for 4.5 years.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team provides a clear, transparent communication about the company's direction & changes on a regular basis. Great life balance. & sense of belonging. They do a good job in general to show that they care about everyone's well being.
