Good environment to work, lot of stuff to learn and dominate, work with state-of-art technology. Great team with a good direct manager. 2nd layer manager is ruining all by cutting all bonus and raises feeding the sense of injustice and non-recognition.

Focus, quality, desire to do the best even when they feel they aren't compensated accordingly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused in the best for the company in market and customers perspective. Sometimes they loose focus in essential: the people that constitute the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries should be higher. It's a bit awkward the company announce big earnings and in the end of the yeas have wage raises around5% while inflation is around 10%. Worst, before have 1 or 2 spot bonus and now none. Seems that effort don't compensate, even more in these hard moments.
