It's been a good experience at a micro level, day to day operations are relatively smooth and my coworkers are interested and interesting. However it does feel like every 9 or so months there's a significant pivot at exec level that wastes large portions of our working.

It provides me the money necessary to live in the SF Bay area

They seem eager and invested in the chip business and its prospects, throughly ready to capitalize on its growth opportunities

What makes you most happy at work?
When the the tools I have worked on see use by end users and delivers value. A little clinically stated, but I do what I do so that I can make useful tools and for them to have a positive impact.
