Overall experience i good. Downside is that the employees are not provided free access to coursera/udemy courses. Also if an employee has an interest in some course they will not be able to request for it if his/her is not using that technology. Sodexo/Pluxee amount is not matching with the bills

Having great colleagues is one of the best things here, work wise i would expect more core CS knowledge like system design
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of living and compensation hike is not matching, the salary hike doesn't seem great since most of the amount will go as tax

It seems like the pay is not upto the market standards if not base pay then the RSU we got allotted was 11 shares compared to other companies they are providing at least $15k RSU. We hope Synopsys will also do that The growth is slower for Internal teams in terms of promotion compared to core teams
