
Understand the reality and not the hoax or the bubble that they believe to be a real.. Very disappointed as expected them to be mature on decision making and planning but they failed again and again
IT was good company and good folks but bad decision and bad management have systematically made this company bad. It will need a real manager/Leader to change this all along starting with identifying right folks
There are outstanding rating for every year in last decade but more than 5 years we are left with no hike no promotion and then it was make sure not skill or not right person for the job was moved up the ladder ..
right hiring Right compensation deserving candidate should get what they deserve Critical /skilled employee should move up the ladder so they can spread their expertise - but the management team makes sure such employee be at a lower level and low pay so their manager reaps the benefits
Majority of them have no skills to do the job but director have no skill or background of support or understanding of the product, or right set of expectations, that makes a mess of the hiring and management team lack knowledge they didn't have any plan to skill the new hires so we many unfit folks
