My overall experience at SNPS is quite positive. Although I'm currently struggling in a new role, I feel that is to be expected. However, I have the resources & support that I need to succeed. I feel that Synopsys cares about me as an employee & realizes that my success contributes to theirs.

Learning something new and then applying that to a solution for a customer and teaching that to them.

The open communication and regular surveys to find out how I'm doing in my role and what could be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture strives to be inclusive and get everyone's opinion on all aspects of the company. There are constant programs to solicit feedback on resource improvements, organizational improvement, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're all in the fight together helping one another succeed. I really feel like everyone has my back and therefore I have theirs. No one makes it seem like their better than anyone else. We're all on the same playing field striving for the same goal. Customer Success!
