Decent place to start working or change jobs, but the outlook gets more negative with time. Not to say that it gets bad with time, just mediocre, but t's a place where you have a job, not a career.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help and share knowledge. Good work ethic and personal attitudes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Day to day work is simply not that exciting and paired with increased number of projects it's just draining. It could be improved by giving us more time to spend on a single project instead of chasing deadlines.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should focus on consistent messaging and making sure that they're actions do not contradict what they're doing. When answering the questions that are clearly local in scope they should pass them on to local leaderships instead of hand-waving or outright denying issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing salaries with my contemporaries in similar industries my current salary looks mediocre at best. The fact that the increases in salary are far behind the pace of inflation does not make me feel properly valued, either. Only increasing the salary would make me feel better about compensation.
