I would rather be an investor than an employee in this company, since the company's growth has gone off-charts in the last 4 years, but as an employee, our growth moves like a snail.

Recognition, better understanding of our skills, and value us as a resource.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many other companies provide better benefits and incentives, and rewards/gifts timely, which I do not see in ours.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No encouragement for team gatherings, team building activities, and no cultural promotions handled in the office make it a stressful work environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers should interact more with their teams, other than just work. They should try to build a stress-free work environment. Encourage team activities in team meet-ups.
