Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Industry has much better overall package for same level. Stocks are given much higher in most of the peer companies. Base package may be similar but other benifits like RSUs are higher in most of the companies.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company has good work culture, not keep tight timelines. Giving enough time to learn and perform. Have friendly environment in team and can depend on teammates to help. Manager understands the ability and proactively provides support where needed.
