I am most happy when me or my team has been able to help someone or some team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's the balance between Base Salary, Company Stock and Performance Bonus. There's plenty of incentive to achieve business goals every quarter and every year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our projects are never easy. Our teams build stuff that has never been built before - EDA software and Design IP. We are able to do it through Teamwork and by helping each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Synopsys Leadership first and foremost cares about the Customer. Our CEO has a good day if there are at least two customer meetings lined up. We learn from our customers - what works well and what we can do better. That mind set has permeated across the company.
