Post covid work pressure is getting increased. Meetings happen in off working hours or late night which is impacting work life balance. work is challenging and love to work but last few years have added job insecurity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not competitive enough with competitor. Also overly biased on your joining compensation / position so people with much less experience joining at higher grade not because of skills but because of previous compensation and just to fill position. Recently added RSUs
