My team is good. My manager cares about me. But, These days with new management all the Decisions are mainly controlled by top-level management. we are just asked to follow. Some decisions like ANSYS acquisition, Global Job architecture,etc., scares me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary is not at par with Industry. With new Global Job architecture change, as we see grade penetration, many of the employees PayScale is -ve. This is how it was for past many years. But, when we mentioned this to management many times in past. I think this is time to revisit our pay structur
