Technology and research driven company right now at a good space because of hardware investment coming in. Working on things that are important but incremental, so nothing great or bad. Compensation is not great nor bad. Career growth. skill growth or fantastic research projects are missing.

Good set of people to work with. Can relay on them for things outside of work as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not getting paid to market (not just concluded based on online data). Juniors (by 3-4 years) now joining Synopsys have better pay.

3 things to focus: 1. career growth - Every manager needs a clear growth plan for their direct reports. How many years for the next role and what needs to be done/changed? 2. Remuneration - competitive with the market. Is the new employee, making more than veterans? 3. skill growth - learning new?
