Very good. Challenging, stressful at times but I've always had my colleague's support. I would say Synopsys is a company that is not for everyone, it's difficult and challenging to work in our area but, at the same time very rewarding.

The culture, the readiness to help and the sense of community that is fostered..
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling that I'm learning new things and being comfortable with the benefits/salary being paid. A good team environment is also another major point.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we work in a niche area and our knowledge is rare, therefore being paid slightly above average would be fair for me.
