I like the way we are transforming, looking forward to it. Initially I always felt communication lacked in team meetings. WE are not informed about what's happening amongst our teams, this could stop our thinking and exposure. But feels like things are changing now!

I have been satisfied with the work I get to do and the contribution it makes to the company. I hope to see things continue to improve though, with an onset of new leadership at key positions in the company (from when I originally joined)
