The company is very good to work previously, but nowdays many of company improved thier work environment and benefits for thier employee and our company reducing benefits. So gap is almost similar or less.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Previously other company like big company and also design house of Work and Life Balance is worse than synopsys. But now their work and life balance is much improved and even better than synopsys including payment. That's why it's difficult to hiering engineer from other company
