I am very happy with synopsys and love to work with synopsys. Every company need some improvement and synopsys is also looking and rectify those. But i am working here from long time almost completed 13 years and love to be part of this company.

If work for every employee matter, then should give equal priorities in terms of paid and compensation value. If employees are loyal with company from long time, then should considered that too. But I feel somehow missing.
