It's a well-paid job in a supportive company. But I feel constrained. bored & frustrated. There is no travel, no meeting new people. The thing that really scares me is being sat at the same desk, having given another 10 years of my life achieve much & somehow nothing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work/life balance is suffering now that people are being required to return to the office 5 days a week. This imposes additional costs and restricts how one engages with the wider community in one's out of work life.
